CROSSFIT IRON DUKE INTRO COURSE
£125 per person (includes Intro Course and first month's membership)
The Intro course is 3 x one hour group PT sessions, which covers all the fundamental movements, plus a Workout of the Day (WOD), over the three sessions, plus a Total Body Conditioning Class. Clients must complete all sessions before taking part in any CrossFit classes.
The intro course fee of £125 is payable on your first session. This payment includes your first months membership at a discounted rate, which will commence at the end of session four, and Total Body Conditioning classes during your intro course period. (Normal price for the Intro Course and one month's membership is £215)

£85.00 per person, per month - unlimited use of open gym and all classes
£80.00 per person - 3 x classes per week
£55.00 per person per month - Off Peak - 1230 class only
£45.00 per person per month - use of open gym ONLY
£40.00 per Teen (15-19), per month. Parent or guardian must be in attendance, if the Kids Trainer is not on site.
TOTAL BODY CONDITIONING CLASSES
£60.00 per person, per month
One months written notice is required for suspension or cancellation of memberships.
PUNCH CARD - valid six months from date of issue
£100.00 per person for 10 CrossFit classes (price includes open gym access prior to start of CrossFit class)
£75.00 per person for 10 Total Body Conditioning classes
£45 per Teen, for 10 classes (15-19). Applies to both CrossFit and Total Body Conditioning classes. Parent or guardian must be in attendance, if the Kids Trainer is not on site.
OPEN GYM drop in
£5 per person, per session (does not include classes)
CLASS drop in
£12.50 per person, per CrossFit, Barbell Club or Total Body Conditioning class (price includes open gym access prior to start of class)
£25 per person, per CrossFit class - price includes a CFID tee
£35.00 per person - weekly drop in (x4 sessions)
CrossFit Teens 16+
Teens between 16-18, are permitted to train in adult WOD classes (once they have completed the intro sessions and have shown a required level of competence, or have progressed through our kids & teens development program), but must have a parent or guardian in attendance when training, if the kids trainer is not on site. Discounts apply for teens on monthly memberships and punchcards - see above.
CrossFit Teens ADVANCED & INTERMEDIATE - every Friday at 16:00
£7 per teen (9-16 years)
